Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing technical support related to instrument installation, debugging, repair, maintenance, and training for major clients, including but not limited to hardware and corresponding software for LC, GC, GCMS, etc.

• Deliver proactive equipment health management services, tackle complex technical issues, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, drive customer requirement closure, support customer business growth and laboratory operations, assist in service contracts and business expansion, and participate in knowledge accumulation and team capability development.

• Promptly resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

• Effectively complete other tasks in accordance with the company's processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in fields such as pharmaceuticals, chemistry, biology, food, environment, materials, instrumentation science, or electrical engineering; or a bachelor's degree with three or more years of relevant work experience.

• Familiarity with the basic principles of chromatographic analysis and fundamental principles of LC/GC instruments; knowledge of GCMS or LCMS principles is preferred.

• Experience supporting large pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or third-party testing industries is preferred.

• Enthusiastic about technical exploration, strong hands-on skills, and interest in after-sales service work.

• Strong capabilities in data analysis, project management, and cross-team collaboration.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English reading and writing, with a certain level of listening and speaking ability.

• Ability to adapt to a high frequency of travel.

• Travel required: 75% of the time.
