Field Service and Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for sleep laboratories and office-based medical practitioners.

• Offer expert assistance to clients regarding the daily operation of the systems.

• Install and set up new devices and systems at client locations.

• Conduct maintenance and servicing tasks.

• Provide clear and effective training to users.

• Utilize technical knowledge, communicate effectively, and exhibit a service-oriented mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of training as a state-certified medical technician is beneficial.

• A solid understanding of physiology, particularly EEG, ECG, and associated fields, is preferred.

• Strong grasp of medical and technical concepts.

• Professional demeanor and confidence.

• Excellent customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset.

• Outstanding organizational abilities with a willingness to travel.

• Proficient computer skills and a thorough understanding of MS Office.
