This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Train and inspire both new and experienced Territory Managers to achieve and surpass segment objectives.
• Dedicate 2–3 full days in the territories of Territory Managers for coaching and addressing developmental needs.
• Support Territory Managers in crafting business plans and other strategic initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Regional Managers to pinpoint and coach on potential growth areas.
• Facilitate the onboarding and training of new Territory Managers.
• Aid Territory Managers in the implementation of POAs and marketing and sales strategies.
• Conduct weekly scheduled field visits alongside Territory Managers.
• Ensure follow-up actions are taken after coaching visits.
• Offer recommendations in alignment with regional business strategies.
• Provide both verbal and written follow-up and observation reports that highlight strengths and areas needing improvement.
• Evaluate territories, taking into account history, territory type, prescribers, and specific territory challenges.
• Analyze territory metrics and performance trends to uncover areas for enhancement.
• Recognize and advocate for best practices among Territory Managers.
• Assist Territory Managers in utilizing tools, internal support resources, and marketing materials effectively.
• Create customized training and development strategies tailored to each Territory Manager.
• Educate and reinforce the adoption of the ZOLL Selling Skills methodology and comprehension of the sales cycle.
• Aid Territory Managers in identifying risk, stratifying risks, and addressing objections using pertinent data during physician interactions.
• Assist with special projects and additional initiatives as assigned.
• Design, lead, and oversee regional training and development initiatives, which includes delivering Integrity Behavioral Styles Training to field sales.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical environment, sales, and/or a training and mentoring role is required.
• Experience in the medical products industry and working with physicians is preferred.
• Clinical knowledge of/experience with ECG interpretation, basic cardiac anatomy and physiology, etc. is preferred.
• Proven history of success in sales.
• Experience in dedicated coaching and training.
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable engaging with physicians in both office and hospital environments.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and adhering to company SOPs.
• Proficient in editing and creating Word documents with graphics, managing spreadsheets, preparing presentations, sending and receiving emails, and sourcing information from the internet.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and audio-visual equipment is essential.
• Strong communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in both small and large-scale project management.
• Capable of reading and comprehending simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write straightforward correspondence.
• Proficient in effectively presenting information in both one-on-one and small group settings.
• Competent in performing basic mathematical operations involving whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding, execute written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions, address challenges, and make sound judgment calls.
