Field Sales, Territory Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of managing key grocery retail clients within the regional sales area that includes Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Pforzheim, and Göppingen.

• Discover growth prospects with customers to enhance revenue potential.

• Oversee and improve shelf placements.

• Broaden product distribution.

• Execute agreed-upon promotions and secondary placements.

• Collaborate closely with store managers, department heads, and business owners.

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer base.

• Organize customer visits effectively and keep precise records in the CRM system.

• Assume responsibility for thorough territory and customer management.

• Conduct competitive assessments during store visits.

• Participate in relevant trade fairs and industry events on behalf of yfood.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a retail salesperson, or a relevant degree focusing on sales.

• Several years of professional experience in grocery retail.

• Ideally possess experience in FMCG field sales.

• Confident demeanor paired with exceptional communication abilities.

• Capacity to persuade customers through well-founded, business-oriented arguments.

• Charismatic and dynamic personality.

• Assertiveness and strong problem-solving capabilities.

• High initiative with a proactive approach.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight in accommodations.

• Class B driver's license.
