Field Sales Representative, Retail Design Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume independent responsibility for sales activities within the designated territory.

• Manage current customer relationships while addressing and integrating their needs and preferences.

• Grow and further develop the sales territory by acquiring new customers.

• Provide services to clients in the bakery and confectionery, café, specialty food, food retail, and hospitality industries.

• Collaborate with architects and planners to create innovative retail design concepts for the future.

• Keep track of current market trends and challenges.

• Identify new construction, renovation, and site development projects within the sales territory at an early stage.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong innate ability for sales with a proven history of sales achievements.

• Ideally, experience in technical and/or high-value capital goods, retail design and fit-out, wood processing, commercial interiors, or a related field.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal level.

• Strong execution capabilities and a preference for a hands-on industry.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work collaboratively with the specialist team.
