Field Sales Representative (Relief Role), Pharmaceutical Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide coverage for temporarily vacant sales territories through short- or long-term assignments across France.

• Maintain continuity in commercial relationships within the assigned territory.

• Develop enduring partnerships with pharmacies and parapharmacies, assisting them in expanding their businesses.

• Proactively seek out new customers to enhance brand visibility.

• Execute established sales and marketing strategies.

• Ensure prominent product display.

• Analyze performance results and recommend tailored action plans for each territory.

• Adapt swiftly to new territories, teams, and contacts.

• Report to the appropriate Regional Sales Manager based on the assignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a business school or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally within selective distribution.

• Familiarity with pharmacy and parapharmacy networks is a significant advantage.

• Willingness and capability to travel throughout France.

• Availability for regular travel, which may include overnight stays.

• Strong enthusiasm for challenges, sales performance, and adaptability.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to quickly persuade and establish relationships with new contacts.
