Field Sales Representative – Germany-wide Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and assistance to customers in creating customized solutions while nurturing long-lasting relationships.

• Deliver professional presentations of products, solutions, and concepts directly at customer sites.

• Assist in formulating sales and marketing strategies.

• Sustain and enhance customer relationships while expanding the client base.

• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations effectively.

• Conduct and oversee negotiations for orders.

• Offer commercial and technical insights and collaborate with merchandisers to create customer-specific solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the back office, inside sales, and merchandisers to ensure efficient operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of commercial or technical vocational training is essential.

• Proven experience as a field sales representative.

• Strong practical approach to tasks.

• Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.

• Sales-driven mindset.

• Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Navision ERP is a plus.

• Possession of a Class B driver's license.

• Openness to travel as required.
