📋 Description

• Assist and guide clients in creating customized solutions while nurturing long-lasting customer relationships.

• Deliver professional presentations of products, solutions, and concepts at client sites.

• Actively contribute to the formulation of sales and marketing strategies.

• Sustain and enhance customer relationships.

• Expand the customer base through product and service bundling, alongside new customer acquisition.

• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes.

• Independently handle and assess contract negotiations and orders.

• Offer commercial and technical guidance and develop tailored customer solutions in collaboration with merchandisers.

• Collaborate closely with back office staff, inside sales, and merchandisers to ensure efficient operations.

• Operate from a home office within the designated sales territory.

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training successfully.

• Relevant experience as a field sales representative.

• Strong practical mindset.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Independent and organized work approach.

• Sales-driven perspective.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Navision ERP is a plus.

• Possession of a Class B driver's license.

• Willingness to travel.
