Field Sales Representative, Food/Retail Grocery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee current retail grocery clients while actively nurturing customer relationships.

• Establish new partnerships through direct outreach and telephone prospecting.

• Enhance product visibility with strategic placements and displays.

• Showcase products on-site, delivering professional and solution-oriented recommendations.

• Coordinate tastings and promotional sales activities.

• Analyze market trends and competitors while conducting market research.

• Consistently report on accomplishments and market observations.

• Represent fayn at trade shows and sales events.

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the food industry or retail grocery sector.

• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence during negotiations.

• A structured, independent, and solution-focused work ethic.

• Willingness to travel across the designated territory.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.

• Initial professional experience coupled with a motivated mindset.
