Field Sales Representative, Flooring / DIY Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance relationships with current customers in the DIY and home improvement retail sectors within the designated sales area.

• Proactively seek new customers and broaden the market share of flooring products.

• Execute localized sales and marketing strategies, which include product placement, range planning, and promotional initiatives.

• Provide product training and guidance to sales personnel in retail locations.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and communicate findings to the Sales Management team.

• Participate in trade fairs, internal exhibitions, and customer events.

• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and Key Account Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training; prior sales experience is advantageous.

• Experience in field sales, ideally within the DIY, home improvement, or specialized retail sector.

• Familiarity with flooring products is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, presented in a confident and approachable manner.

• Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven work style.

• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
