This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Evaluate existing data and the regional market to gauge the sales performance of the company's products and their competitors.
β’ Identify market opportunities and significant developments.
β’ Develop, agree upon, and execute territory and account strategies as part of the field team.
β’ Actively nurture customer relationships and provide guidance to physicians.
β’ Plan, organize, and facilitate educational events, along with attending regional and national gatherings.
β’ Establish and strengthen networks among hospitals, office-based physicians, and other stakeholders involved in patient care.
β’ Collect market data and customer insights, and assess each customer's position in the sales cycle.
β’ Maintain proactive communication with the Sales Manager.
β’ Deliver professional reports and ensure timely completion of administrative responsibilities.
β’ Collaborate efficiently within and outside the field team.
β’ Promote open dialogue and the continuous sharing of experiences and ideas.
β’ Consistently advocate for customer needs.
β’ A completed university degree in a natural science, training as a pharmaceutical representative, or the legally required qualification as per Section 75 of the German Medicinal Products Act.
β’ Experience in an in-field team and managing cross-functional projects with responsibilities in a matrix organization.
β’ Multiple years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with proven above-average sales performance preferred; experience in the relevant therapeutic area is a plus.
β’ Ability to present complex scientific information in a manner tailored to specific audiences and engage in discussions with various customer groups.
β’ Highly persuasive, confident presenter and strong closer with excellent communication skills, employing the Challenger methodology.
β’ Strong capacity to adapt to evolving market conditions and independently devise innovative working approaches.
β’ High motivation and energy to pursue and meet goals.
β’ Excellent performance management abilities to continuously enhance sales target achievement.
β’ Strong digital skills and proficient use of field sales applications such as Veeva and Microsoft Office.
