
Field Sales Representative – Eye Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct market analysis utilizing available data to assess regional market trends concerning our product and competitors, identifying potential opportunities and critical trends.
• Create, coordinate, and execute a territory sales strategy and account plans in collaboration with the infield team.
• Manage customer relations competently, providing proactive advisory support to physicians.
• Organize and deliver continuing education events while maintaining visibility at regional and national conferences.
• Establish and grow networks among clinics, office-based physicians, and other key stakeholders involved in patient care.
• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to ascertain the customer’s position within the sales cycle.
• Engage in proactive communication with the Sales Manager.
• Ensure professional reporting through timely and accurate completion of all administrative responsibilities.
• Collaborate effectively within the infield team and across various functions.
• Foster open communication and consistently share experiences and ideas.
• Commit proactively and continuously to meeting customer needs.
• A university degree in a natural science, completion of pharmaceutical sales representative training, or requisite expertise as specified by §75 of the German Medicinal Products Act (Arzneimittelgesetz).
• Proven experience in collaborating within an infield team and leading interdisciplinary projects within a matrix organization.
• Several years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector with demonstrably superior sales performance, ideally in a relevant therapeutic area.
• Ability to effectively present complex scientific topics and engage in discussions with diverse customer groups.
• Strong persuasive skills and a presentation-oriented personality, coupled with excellent communication abilities (Challenger methodology).
• High adaptability to evolving market conditions and a proactive approach to innovating and refining one’s work methods.
• Strong motivation and energy to pursue and achieve set goals.
• Excellent performance management skills to continuously enhance sales target achievement.
• Advanced digital skills and confident usage of sales platforms such as Veeva and MS Office.
