Field Sales Representative, Concept Consultant – Shopfitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Function autonomously on the front line within the designated sales territory.

• Maintain a focus on the needs and requirements of current customers.

• Grow and enhance the sales territory through the acquisition of new clients.

• Provide services to customers in the bakery/patisserie, café, delicatessen, food retail (supermarkets), and gastronomy industries.

• Collaborate with architects and planners to create future-proof shopfitting concepts.

• Consider current market trends and challenges in your strategies.

• Stay ahead of new construction/renovation projects and location development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong sales instinct backed by a successful sales history.

• Ideally possess experience with technical and/or high-value capital goods, shopfitting, woodworking, or fixtures.

• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

• Capable of negotiating effectively with decision-makers on equal terms.

• Demonstrate strong execution abilities.

• Have an affinity for hands-on industry work.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.

• Willingness to work closely with the internal competence team.
