Field Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of the customer portfolio;

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities;

• Adhere to the established visitation schedule, guaranteeing a purchasing frequency of weekly, biweekly, or monthly;

• Ensure our products are appropriately displayed across all store departments;

• Keep track of the commercial and promotional activities of competitors;

• Manage commercial KPIs, including Sell-In and Sell-Out reports;

• Collaborate with administrative departments such as Logistics, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Finance;

• Conduct analyses to pinpoint commercial and financial gaps;

• Prepare and evaluate expense, incident, and sales reports;

• Territory: AL/PE/PB/RN;

• Adhere to JBS safety and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred;

• Familiarity with data analysis and KPIs;

• A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory;

• Must reside in Recife, Pernambuco, or the surrounding metropolitan area;

• Experience within the food industry will be viewed as advantageous;

• Willingness to travel is essential.
