This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide guidance to clients in order to create customized solutions and build enduring customer relationships.

• Showcase products, solutions, and concepts directly at client locations.

• Assist in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies.

• Sustain and enhance existing customer relationships.

• Expand the customer base through product and service bundling, as well as acquiring new clients.

• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotes.

• Conduct order negotiations and reviews independently.

• Offer both commercial and technical consulting, and collaboratively create customer-specific solutions with merchandisers.

• Work alongside the back office, internal sales team, and merchandisers to ensure efficient order processing.

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training successfully.

• Proven experience as a field sales representative.

• Strong practical approach to tasks.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.

• A sales-driven mindset.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft Navision ERP system is a plus.

• Valid Category B driving licence.

• Willingness to travel.
