This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and assistance to customers in creating customized solutions while nurturing long-term relationships.

• Deliver professional presentations of products, solutions, and concepts at customer locations.

• Actively contribute to the formulation of sales and marketing strategies.

• Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships.

• Expand the customer base through product and service bundling, along with acquiring new clients.

• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations effectively.

• Conduct independent negotiations and order reviews.

• Offer commercial and technical advice, developing customer-specific solutions in collaboration with merchandisers.

• Collaborate closely with the back office, inside sales, and merchandisers to ensure seamless processing.

• Operate from a home office within the designated sales territory.

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training.

• Professional experience as a Field Sales Representative.

• Strong hands-on approach.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Independent and organized working style.

• Sales-driven mindset.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Proficient knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Navision ERP is a plus.

• Class B driving license.

• Willingness to travel.
