Field Sales Promoter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Travel throughout southern Germany using the Schöffel PRO show van

• Showcase products directly to trade businesses and at construction locations

• Accompany customers alongside wholesale partners

• Perform on-site product demonstrations, fittings, and practical tests

• Motivate tradespeople to select Schöffel PRO workwear and convey product advantages for everyday use

• Independently plan and coordinate tours in collaboration with wholesale partners

• Operate the show van as a mobile Schöffel PRO experience center

• Assist in promotional activities related to sports sponsorships, in-house trade exhibitions, campaign days, and events within the skilled trades sector

• Cultivate long-term relationships with trade businesses and sustain the network

• Collect market and customer insights and relay them back to the company

• Identify sales prospects and aid trade partners in expanding their customer base

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in the skilled trades, construction, or a similar field

• Sales experience or outstanding communication abilities, with the capacity to connect with tradespeople on an equal level

• Independent and organized working style with a strong sense of initiative

• Willingness to travel extensively

• Passion for high-quality workwear and technical product features

• Valid Category B driver’s license

• Strong enthusiasm for the products

• Capability to establish and maintain customer relationships
