Field Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on coaching to your team to foster a customer-centric sales experience while demonstrating the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.

• Guide your team on conducting effective prospecting, walk-ins, and live demonstrations.

• Spend time in the field empowering your team to generate interest in Lightspeed through walk-ins and tailored outreach efforts.

• Utilize Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyze conversion rates, and track additional metrics related to Account Executive activities.

• Accountable for meeting the new business targets set for your team.

• Expand your territories by growing your customer base and continuing to recruit and develop your field sales team.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, account managers, implementation teams, and other internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.

• Management experience overseeing a full cycle sales team, from prospecting to closing deals.

• Proficiency in using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting purposes.

• Background in SaaS, hospitality, or restaurant industries is advantageous.

• A strong enthusiasm for being in the field with your team, with outbound sales experience being essential.
