This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
• Drive revenue growth within a designated market by cultivating, managing, and enhancing relationships with significant local and regional accounts.
• Implement sales strategies aimed at increasing brand share, boosting mid-market segment production, and delivering quantifiable revenue outcomes across the Choice Hotels portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and hotel stakeholders to convert market strategy into actionable account plans and ensure consistent pipeline performance.
• Identify, profile, and actively oversee assigned accounts that align with Choice Hotels brands.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to enhance share, increase production, and explore new opportunities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at both local and regional levels.
• Maintain account intelligence, activity tracking, and reporting within CRM systems.
• Drive mid-market segment business to Choice Hotels properties within the designated territory.
• Generate new business and expand production within existing accounts.
• Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into revenue.
• Meet or surpass assigned revenue and growth objectives.
• Implement market-level sales strategies as defined by Field Sales leadership.
• Represent Choice Hotels within the local business community, industry events, and networking forums.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential growth risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with General Managers and property-level sales teams on account strategies.
• Ensure hotels are well-positioned to capture targeted business opportunities.
• Provide market insights and account intelligence to enhance property-level performance.
• Track and report on sales activities, account performance, and pipeline health.
• Analyze data and market insights to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
• Maintain forecasting and pipeline management processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in hotel sales, field sales, or related B2B sales.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics, customer segments, and the competitive landscape.
• Experience working with multiple hotel brands or properties is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
