Field Sales Executive – Salzburg Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Assist craft businesses in their digital transformation and motivate them to implement TAIFUN software solutions

• Proactively attract new craft businesses as clients

• Develop and nurture existing customer relationships within the designated sales area

• Effectively demonstrate software solutions both on-site and online

• Customize software solutions to meet specific customer needs

• Oversee the complete sales process, from initial outreach to contract finalization

• Recognize market potential and uncover new sales prospects

• Keep abreast of trends and developments in the craft business sector

• Utilize key performance indicators to guide activities and evaluate success

• Represent the company at trade shows and events organized by wholesalers

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Passion for sales with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction

• Charismatic, approachable demeanor with exceptional communication abilities

• Preferably, experience in selling products that require detailed explanation or are complex in nature

• Proficient IT skills with a keen interest in digital solutions

• Methodical, dependable, and self-motivated work style

• Completed commercial or technical training and/or a degree from a university

• Valid driver's license

• Availability to travel within the assigned sales territory
