Field Sales Executive – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire new craft businesses as clients.

• Sustainably develop relationships with existing customers within the designated sales territory.

• Effectively present TAIFUN software solutions both on-site and online.

• Tailor software solutions to align with customers’ needs and reflect their daily workflows in the craft business.

• Oversee the entire sales process, from the initial contact with the customer to the successful conclusion of contracts.

• Identify market opportunities, monitor trends in the craft sector, and discover new sales prospects.

• Utilize performance metrics to assess activities and outcomes, managing efforts in a focused and goal-oriented manner.

• Represent the company at trade fairs and events organized by wholesalers.

• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee an optimal customer experience.

• Assist craft businesses in their digital transformation efforts, adding value to their everyday operations.

• A passion for sales coupled with a strong customer and service focus.

• Engaging, persuasive presence with exceptional communication abilities.

• Ideally, experience in selling products that require explanation or other complex items.

• Solid IT knowledge and a keen interest in digital solutions.

• A structured, reliable, and independent approach to work.

• Completion of commercial or technical vocational training and/or a university degree.

• A valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales area.
