Field Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Acquire new craft businesses as clients.

• Build and nurture existing customer relationships within the designated sales territory.

• Showcase TAIFUN software solutions either on-site or through online presentations.

• Customize software solutions to align with customers’ specific needs and daily operations.

• Oversee the entire sales process, from the initial contact with customers to the successful completion of contracts.

• Identify market opportunities, keep track of developments in the craft sector, and create new sales leads.

• Utilize key performance indicators to monitor activities and outcomes, ensuring effective work management.

• Represent the company at trade fairs and wholesaler events.

• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist craft businesses in their digital transformation and establish enduring customer relationships.

• A passion for sales, coupled with a strong customer- and service-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication abilities and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.

• Preferably, experience in selling complex or consultative products.

• Solid IT knowledge and a keen interest in digital solutions.

• A structured, dependable, and autonomous work style.

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training and/or a university degree.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
