Field Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Cultivate new accounts while enhancing existing ones within a designated geographic area.

• Collaborate with key clients and distribution partners to achieve design victories utilizing MPS products and services.

• Support the growth of MPS EU revenue through both direct and indirect technical initiatives.

• Offer technical assistance to customers utilizing MPS products, leveraging technical expertise.

• Recognize and pursue new business prospects.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.

• Relay specific customer needs to the Sales Manager for design considerations.

• Collect insights on potential market shifts and competitor actions to inform MPS product strategy.

• Train and present MPS products and technologies to regional sales teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both oral and written English.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of five years' experience in power supply design or as a power supply FAE.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
