Field Sales Consultant, Interiors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell the Company's interior and exterior products and services to clients.

• Conduct sales visits to customer residences and attend trade shows.

• Travel to customer locations to perform sales calls and evaluate their needs.

• Provide personalized product recommendations tailored to individual customers.

• Create and negotiate customized pricing quotes.

• Present warranty details and financing options to clients.

• Maintain and enhance profitability.

• Complete necessary sales contracts and documentation.

• Utilize industry-standard techniques for taking measurements to ensure orders meet installation standards.

• Actively seek and acquire new customers within designated THD stores and during industry events.

• Visit assigned stores and nurture local relationships.

• Educate store associates about HDIS offerings to raise awareness of HDIS programs.

• Conduct sales presentations and handle sales-related paperwork.

• Seek referrals and cultivate relationships with store management and associates.

• Participate in sales and store team meetings to refine sales techniques and learn about HDIS products.

• Report to the Sales Manager; no direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• High school diploma and/or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is necessary.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and may regularly need to lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8-20 pounds.

• Overnight travel is typically required about 5% of the time.
