This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
β’ Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
β’ Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal guidelines.
β’ Ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills is expected.
β’ Travel is required approximately 25% of the time by air or car.
β’ Obtain access to assigned facilities by fulfilling healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
β’ Experience in oncology/hematology is essential, with a preference for background in Multiple Myeloma.
β’ Strong preference for direct experience with Multiple Myeloma.
β’ Proven competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team setting.
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience, with a successful track record in challenging environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or company vehicle required.
β’ Valid driver's license is necessary.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
β’ Regular travel for business purposes by air or car is expected.
β’ Ability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management across any sector is beneficial.
β’ Experience with specialty pharmacy is a plus.
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies, is advantageous.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
