This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee all B2B sales activities in a designated territory.
• Maintain consistent consultative communication with each account to enhance sales of merchandise, equipment, and services.
• Acquire new customers and effectively convey the value messaging of Henry Schein.
• Foster business relationships tailored to customer needs concerning business practices, merchandise, equipment, and services.
• Meet quarterly and annual Gross Profit sales targets by implementing key sales initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate team-selling efforts within the territory.
• Develop, manage, and boost sales of merchandise, equipment, and services.
• Conduct face-to-face consultative meetings and regular business reviews with customers.
• Explore new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
• Apply strategies utilizing company programs, tools, and initiatives to expand market share.
• Utilize CMS, CRM, and predictive sales tools effectively.
• Participate in sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training sessions, and industry events as directed.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
• Proficient professional selling skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; capable of calling, connecting, and engaging with potential customers.
• Competent in computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Project management capabilities.
• Goal-oriented with effective time management skills.
• Skills in client prospecting and account management.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Understanding of industry practices.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively within a specific geographic territory assignment.
