This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee a designated sales territory in Dallas, Texas, and drive the expansion of CooperVision’s contact lens portfolio.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Implement new account acquisition and sales enhancement initiatives across all distribution channels.
• Achieve and surpass established sales targets in accordance with territory quotas.
• Employ a consultative selling method to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain a scheduled territory call cycle with around 5–7 pre-arranged appointments each working day.
• Respond to customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Develop and execute call cycle strategies and prepare account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated geographic territory.
• Maintain a high level of technical knowledge regarding CooperVision and competing products.
• Analyze industry trends and insights, including data from Health Product Research.
• Educate customers about CooperVision’s product offerings and provide recommendations for business growth.
• Market value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Create customer marketing strategies and promotions while tracking return on investment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and CRM reports to assess sales growth for products, accounts, and territories.
• Participate in state and regional optical shows as requested.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel within the territory approximately 80% of the time.
• Travel outside the territory 10–15% for conferences, training sessions, and regional meetings.
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-motivated individual.

• Capacity to anticipate, comprehend, prioritize, and satisfy customer needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment with varied daily situations, individuals, and groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Skill in identifying, evaluating, and assimilating information to make informed decisions.
• Competence in delivering presentations to different-sized customer groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during the installation, removal, and transport of diagnostic contact lens sets.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Experience in tangible product sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience (high school + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal background, educational history, and motor vehicle records.
• Valid driver’s license, minimum required insurance coverage, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Starting base salary ranging from $85,405.00 to $113,873.00 annually.
