This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Oversee a designated sales territory in Omaha, NE, while promoting growth for CooperVision’s contact lens offerings.
• Establish and nurture relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, practice managers, and office personnel.
• Provide product education, enhance product adoption, expand market share, and meet revenue targets.
• Enter new accounts and stimulate sales growth across all distribution channels.
• Achieve and surpass territory sales quotas consistently.
• Maintain a call cycle within the territory that includes approximately 5–7 scheduled appointments each workday.
• Address customer phone and email inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to comprehend customer businesses, evaluate needs, and profile accounts.
• Create and implement call cycle plans and develop account business plans in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Generate new business opportunities within the designated geographic territory.
• Stay proficient with CooperVision and competing products.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and analyses, including Health Product Research data.
• Inform customers about CooperVision products and propose solutions to enhance their businesses.
• Market value-added products and services to customer offices.
• Design customer marketing plans and promotions while evaluating return on investment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM tools to analyze product, account sales, and territory growth.
• Participate in state and regional optical shows upon request.
• Timely submission of call, expense, ROI, and other administrative reports.
• Manage diagnostic contact lens sets at customer sites.
• Travel approximately 80% of the time within the territory and 10–15% outside the territory for conferences, site training, and regional meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Professional Affairs, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
• Capability to work autonomously as a proactive self-starter.

• Skill in anticipating, understanding, prioritizing, and fulfilling customer needs.

• Ability to present to varied-sized customer groups.
• Proficiency with the MS Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Showpad.
• Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in any sector.
• Proven track record of surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (high school diploma + 8 years or similar).
• Successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of previous employment, criminal history, educational background, and driving records.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, proof of minimum insurance coverage, and satisfactory driving record as required by the company.
• Must reside within the assigned Omaha, NE territory or within a reasonable distance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Competitive starting base salary ranging from $81,338.00 to $108,451.00 annually.
