Field Retail Recruiter – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Attract exceptional talent and cultivate a robust, qualified candidate pool for both current and future job vacancies.

• Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools that align with business objectives.

• Oversee the complete recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, feedback, candidate management, and negotiating offers.

• Ensure a remarkable candidate experience that reflects Five Below’s culture and dedication to its employees.

• Design, develop, and refine sourcing strategies to attract top talent and foster relationships with prospective candidates.

• Manage open job requisitions in Workday ATS to guarantee accurate tracking and metrics reporting.

• Compile and convey knowledge resources, industry insights, and market trends to HR and hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume setting.

• Experience in the retail industry is preferred.

• Ability to be agile, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, competitive environment while focusing on process efficiencies.

• Must demonstrate a strong business presence, instill confidence in clients, and deliver results.

• Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing is essential.

• Well-developed interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner and build relationships.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Aptitude for handling highly confidential and sensitive information.

• Outstanding time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience with Workday is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software is required.
