This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate, support, and enhance TPUSA Communities chapters throughout the Northeastern United States.

• Travel frequently to assist with the launch and expansion of chapters.

• Recognize and aid in the development of new Chapter Leaders in critical cities.

• Offer practical training and follow-up for newly established chapters.

• Assist with outreach initiatives, recruitment efforts, and grassroots engagement.

• Ensure chapters consistently conduct high-quality events that align with Communities standards.

• Plan, support, and occasionally directly manage events in emerging markets.

• Oversee event logistics, promotion, and execution.

• Monitor chapter health and performance while pinpointing areas for improvement.

• Maintain communication with Chapter Leaders and deliver ongoing support.

• Track chapter activities, events, and engagement utilizing internal systems.

• Collaborate with Strategic Managers to achieve national chapter and event objectives.

• Represent TPUSA Communities in a professional manner at events and in the field.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations.

• Strong ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, field-based environment.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• High level of organization, follow-through, and accountability.

• Alignment with TPUSA’s mission and values.

• Willingness to travel 45%–50% of the time.

• Openness to fulfilling all listed responsibilities as well as additional assigned tasks.

• Capacity to receive and apply feedback in a constructive manner.

• Ability to provide timely updates and progress reports to leadership.

• Physical capability to sit and stand for extended durations and safely lift up to 15 lbs.

• Experience in launching chapters, groups, or local initiatives.

• Proven track record in recruiting and developing volunteer leaders.

• Strong skills in event execution and problem-solving.

• Experience in conservative or mission-driven organizations.

• Ability to identify growth opportunities in new markets.

• Must pass a background check.

• Required to sign an NDA for employment.
