This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Act as the field subject matter expert on patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related matters within the Dupixent Business Unit.
β’ Report directly to the designated FRM Director.
β’ Collaborate with Patient Support Services, Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Dupixent MyWay, and program vendors.
β’ Create and implement the national strategy aimed at enhancing reimbursement confidence and facilitating patient pull-through initiatives.
β’ Serve as a primary contact for Dupixent MyWay and lead efforts to improve Dupixent pull-through with matrix field teams.
β’ Train office staff on prior authorization, appeals, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance resources.
β’ Design and execute localized business plans to ensure appropriate access to Dupixent.
β’ Stay informed about local and national payer landscapes, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria.
β’ Build relationships with internal and external customer segments, state societies, associations, and advocacy groups.
β’ Conduct HCP office visits to support pull-through efforts and address escalated issues while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
β’ Operate within compliance parameters to shorten cycle time and boost conversion rates for patients prescribed Dupixent.
β’ BA/BS Degree is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector or comparable fields.
β’ Previous exposure to specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement/access, specialty pharmacy, and/or Market Access is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel for meetings, training sessions, and programs as needed.
β’ Proven success in cross-functional teamwork and working within a matrix and co-promote environment.
β’ Capacity to adapt to evolving situations and respond positively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
β’ Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
β’ Maintain compliance with all relevant Sanofi policies and procedures, alongside regulatory and legal standards.
β’ A valid driver's license is required.
