Field Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform vehicle evaluations, documenting inspections of the engine, transmission, interior, and exterior using OPENLANE's mobile application.

• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure compliance with OPENLANE's standards and guidelines for vehicle assessments.

• Provide precise and comprehensive inspection reports via the specified platform.

• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials to purchasing dealers.

• Foster effective communication and teamwork with internal teams and dealerships.

• Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

• Act as a bridge between sales, operations, and dealerships, cultivating and sustaining positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry as a vehicle mechanic or equivalent mechanical expertise.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and capability of operating a motor vehicle.

• Competence in utilizing technology, including the electronic submission of inspection reports.

• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
