Field Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform vehicle evaluations, documenting inspections of the engine, transmission, interior, and exterior using OPENLANE's mobile application.

• Collaborate with dealerships to ensure compliance with OPENLANE's standards and guidelines for vehicle assessments.

• Provide precise and thorough inspection reports via the specified platform.

• Support marketing initiatives by distributing flyers and promotional materials to purchasing dealers.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and dealerships.

• Work alongside the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, and operations team to guarantee smooth communication and workflow.

• Act as an intermediary between sales, operations, and dealerships, establishing and nurturing positive relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or a comparable mechanical background.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and capability to operate a motor vehicle.

• Proficient in technology usage, including the electronic submission of inspection reports.

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to work in various weather conditions.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• The preferred candidate will be located in or near: San Francisco/San Jose, CA.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
