This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the execution for small to medium-sized events.
• Assist in the planning of large strategic tradeshows.
• Create event experiences aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and improving ROI.
• Organize booth experiences, sponsored sessions, and meetings with executives.
• Collect feedback from attendees to enhance future event experiences.
• Adhere to repeatable playbooks for flagship event formats.
• Develop event briefs for staff on-site.
• Oversee booth design, spatial layout, shipping logistics, and vendor management for branded merchandise.
• Coordinate speaker preparation and session content, including abstracts, presentations, and briefs for presenters.
• Implement lead capture solutions via scanners, landing pages, and partner co-registration.
• Manage staffing and logistics in collaboration with Sales, Channel, SDR, and Marketing teams.
• Guide on-site teams through shift management and immediate problem resolution.
• Provide support for speakers and sessions, including scheduling, audiovisual needs, and session scanning.
• Generate real-time creative materials, including social media graphics and summary assets.
• Facilitate daily team communications and oversee giveaways.
• Assist with VIP, distributor, and partner interactions, including dinners, roundtables, and suite meetings.
• Organize leads using MQL tiering, motion tagging, and CRM uploads.
• Manage follow-ups by motion and sales or BDR assignments.
• Report on budget actuals and evaluate event performance against KPIs.
• Create recap content and internal summary highlights.
• Maintain data in Salesforce and HubSpot, including lead statuses, deal registrations, and opportunity tagging.
• 3-5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or customer marketing within a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
• This is a remote-first role, available to candidates throughout the United States.
• Up to 25% travel is necessary for on-site event execution and industry conferences.
• Availability for occasional early-morning or evening meetings to coordinate across different time zones.
• Demonstrated experience in managing event programs, preferably from an early-stage perspective.
• Exceptional skills in event production.
• Strong instincts for relationship-building and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting individuals.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple events and programs simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of how events correlate with pipeline development, retention, and branding.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve revenue objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in cybersecurity; familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), security analysts, IT, and security administrators.
• Experience in executing executive-level programs, such as roundtables or C-suite dinners.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce for tracking events and follow-up processes.
• Up to 25% travel required for on-site event execution and industry conferences.
• Flexible remote-first work arrangement.
• Occasional early-morning or evening availability needed to coordinate across different time zones.
