This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +10 more states.
• Assist in the execution of onsite operations at trade shows, regional events, and meetups, which includes booth setup, vendor coordination, materials packing/shipping, and providing staff support.
• Aid in managing logistics for virtual events and webinars, such as event links, tracking registrations, and offering backend live-broadcast assistance.
• Prepare and support onsite lead-capture tools, including badge scanners, digital forms, and check-in applications.
• Coordinate pre-event promotional initiatives, crafting social media content, compiling email invitation lists, and creating promotional toolkits for sales teams.
• Implement event-related social media posts, conduct live event coverage, capture photography/video, and highlight speakers/sessions.
• Monitor and engage with event-related social tags, hashtags, and attendee interactions across corporate social media channels.
• Clean, format, and prepare attendee lists for CRM uploads post-events.
• Utilize HubSpot to assign and route event leads to sales representatives effectively.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and managers to track lead status, send reminders, and ensure timely outreach.
• Collect event metrics, social engagement rates, lead volume, and follow-up data to evaluate campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Support seamless event execution, enhance registration and social engagement, ensure accurate lead processing within 24–48 hours, facilitate timely lead follow-up, and produce post-event performance reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or relevant technical or industry fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing support, event coordination, social media management, or sales operations.
• Preferably experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sectors.
• Practical experience managing LinkedIn and X platforms.
• Familiarity with social scheduling management tools is essential.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required.
• Working knowledge or familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting/data enrichment tools is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with virtual event and webinar platforms, such as Zoom Webinars.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including skills in data cleaning, list formatting, and basic formulas.
• Willingness to travel up to 20–30% of the time.
