This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement the marketing strategy and action plan for Northern Europe.
• Oversee regional marketing initiatives, product launches, and growth programs.
• Propel market development through customer segmentation, optimization of patient pathways, and initiatives for therapy adoption.
• Design programs aimed at enhancing therapy awareness, facilitating patient identification, and improving access and market penetration in key areas.
• Administer the regional marketing budget while assessing the impact and return on investment of programs.
• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient associations, and other essential stakeholders.
• Organize scientific events, training sessions, and educational initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, European Marketing, and local teams to realize integrated regional strategies.
• Track market trends and competitor actions, utilizing insights to shape the regional strategy.
• Assist country teams with account planning, performance monitoring, and commercial execution.
• Deliver product and therapy education to both internal teams and external clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing, sales, commercial, or market development roles within MedTech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Knowledge of market development, customer segmentation, therapy adoption, and patient pathways.
• Proficient in budget management and program ROI assessment.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong focus on customer needs.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English.
• Valid, clean driving license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Northern Europe and other European locations.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Dutch and experience in the Dutch healthcare market.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce.com (SFDC), ShowPad, or comparable platforms.
