This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Assist in developing pipeline growth and enhancing brand visibility in the region through field and channel marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Formulate pipeline generation strategies for major enterprise accounts.
• Design and execute integrated regional marketing initiatives, encompassing digital marketing, company events, third-party event sponsorships, direct mail, and teleprospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize pipeline coverage, speed up processes, and align territories effectively.
• Support territory planning and ensure alignment with sales efforts in the region.
• Partner with business development on targeting and prioritizing lead follow-up and progression.
• Educate and empower the sales team regarding new and upcoming marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of field marketing against established targets.
• Oversee the regional field marketing budget and expenditures.
• Create co-marketing strategies with partners and alliances in conjunction with the regional channel team.
• Enhance waterfall metrics, which include reach, conversion, velocity, value, and return.
• Develop and implement appropriate messaging for individual accounts and account clusters.
• Oversee event logistics, including on-site execution, venue coordination, scheduling, room arrangements, audiovisual needs, catering, and event contracts.
• Collaborate with campaigns to generate webinar content aimed at larger enterprise clients.
• At least five (5) years of experience in delivering outstanding enterprise Field Marketing and channel marketing.
• Strong knowledge of demand generation and marketing best practices.
• Results-driven with a strong passion for performance measurement and analytics.
• Experience in delivering engagement programs that ensure highly satisfied customers who consistently renew and expand their relationships.
• Proven track record in executing programs and events that stimulate demand, accelerate deals, yield returns, and provide an exceptional experience for attendees.
• Proficient in content creation across various messaging platforms, including email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts, and marketing assets.
• Experience in creating regional and channel plans to support account-based marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate effective working relationships with both sales and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree focused on Marketing or Business is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to articulate market-specific value propositions and customize them to meet program needs.
• Strong understanding of tailored content development.
• Experience in segmentation analysis, budgeting, and constructing business cases.
• Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.
• Excellent understanding of marketing performance metrics and return on investment (ROI).
• Knowledge of marketing strategies targeting B2B buyers through white papers, case studies, webcasts, digital marketing, email, call downs, and direct mail.
• Experience with tools like Asana, Splash, Salesforce, Marketo, and/or other predictive analytics platforms is preferred.
• Background in integrated marketing content creation and implementation.
• Capability to understand and deliver the company and product pitch in the field.
• Ability to communicate information effectively to both internal and external audiences.
• Proficiency in writing and delivering marketing-quality emails, presentations, and collateral materials.
• Exceptional skills in event planning, including managing event contracts, BEO specifics, and ensuring attendee satisfaction.
• Responsible for recruitment planning for events and ensuring execution excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to tight deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.
