This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +6 more states.
• Formulate and implement strategic integrated marketing and account-based strategies that align with regional sales goals.
• Create and foster pipeline generation through a comprehensive marketing go-to-market strategy.
• Serve as a strategic ally to regional sales leadership while acting as a trusted marketing and business consultant.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing initiatives, programs, and pipeline effectiveness.
• Offer insights and suggestions for improvements.
• Organize and oversee first-party and third-party events, including industry conferences, tradeshows, webinars, executive roundtables, and workshops.
• Design and implement customized account-based regional marketing campaigns for key accounts.
• Utilize data, insights, and buyer personas to provide personalized engagement.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, campaigns, and partner teams.
• Identify target accounts, buyer personas, messaging, and campaign activation.
• Influence the creation of content that supports integrated campaigns from awareness through to conversion.
• Oversee budget, ROI, and performance metrics for regional marketing initiatives.
• Complete onboarding and training within the first 30 days.
• Observe the region to identify gaps and opportunities within 60 days.
• Create and start executing a comprehensive marketing plan within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• MBA is a plus.
• Over 8 years of integrated B2B marketing experience, ideally in strategic accounts field marketing roles.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing field marketing campaigns, events, and regional demand generation activities.
• Strategic, solution-focused mindset with the capability to analyze intricate situations, discover opportunities, and recommend decisive actions.
• Understanding of the buying dynamics and behaviors of strategic accounts in the US East & Central regions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in creating strategic marketing plans and customizing messaging for various audiences.
• Outstanding program and project management expertise.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and objectives.
• Strong analytical mindset and a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data to adjust strategies as necessary.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and Tableau.
• Willingness to travel regionally 15%-25% as required.
