
Field Marketing Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the regional marketing lead for the EMEA go-to-market team.
• Collaborate with the local sales team to develop quarterly territory strategies.
• Create quarterly plans that align with regional sales objectives, target account lists, and pipeline goals.
• Organize and manage executive roundtables, workshops, partner events, third-party conferences, and virtual experiences from start to finish.
• Take ownership of program concepts, execution, and follow-up actions.
• Work alongside Sales to implement account-based initiatives that enhance territory coverage and expedite deal closures.
• Develop and execute collaborative programs with channel partners, including co-branded events and regional activations.
• Activate local cyber alliances, memberships, advisory boards, and user programs.
• Manage logistics, vendors, timelines, promotions, SDR/AE handoffs, and post-event conversion strategies.
• Provide reports on pipeline sourced/influenced, meeting creation, stage progression, target account engagement, and ROI.
• Plan, forecast, monitor, and optimize the regional budget.
• Assist in scaling repeatable field motions across events, ABM, partners, and community initiatives.
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B field marketing or integrated demand generation (cybersecurity or technical SaaS is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales on territory planning and achieving measurable pipeline results.
• Strong project management skills; capable of managing multiple programs concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot, along with comfort in basic attribution reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with Sales, SEs, partners, and executive stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the region (some international travel may be necessary).
• Experience in managing partner/channel co-marketing initiatives (preferred).
• Knowledge of ABM tools and field ABM playbooks (preferred).
• Understanding of SOC/SIEM/security analytics audiences (preferred).
