This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take full ownership of Traild’s North America event calendar, managing over 70 ERP user groups, industry conferences, channel roadshows, and customer and prospect dinners.
• Oversee the selection of sponsorships, design of booths, lead capture, follow-up processes, and post-event pipeline reporting.
• Create comprehensive event field playbooks that include pre-show outreach, meeting objectives, on-site activations, and follow-up sequences.
• Develop and test innovative booth concepts, activations, event formats, and invitations.
• Organize regional customer dinners, executive roundtables, lunch and learns, and co-hosted local sessions.
• Manage webinars from the planning stage and speaker preparation through to promotion, execution, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with North America sales leadership to formulate regional demand plans.
• Execute co-marketing initiatives with ERP platforms, resellers, and implementation partners.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key North American ERP platforms and VARs to secure co-marketing commitments.
• Maintain partner and field toolkits, which include pitch decks, social media assets, email templates, and value proposition materials.
• Provide internal enablement for North America sales and channel representatives.
• Monitor and report on event and channel performance relative to revenue outcomes, recommending investment priorities.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B event or field marketing within the SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of managing events from start to finish.
• Capability to handle 70 or more concurrent events each year.
• Strong commercial insight with the ability to report on revenue, pipeline, and ROI.
• Creative background in booth concepts, activations, event formats, or invitations.
• Experience in building relationships with partners, VARs, or implementation partners.
• Excellent project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and vendors across various time zones.
• Strong and persuasive communication abilities.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience in a Series A to Series C SaaS company is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of the finance or accounting software landscape is a bonus.
