Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, execute, and oversee a range of regional events, which include hospitality experiences, partner gatherings, and industry-focused meetings.

• Supervise the planning and execution of events, handling aspects such as registration, shipping, setup, day-of support, and post-event evaluations.

• Assist in managing larger-scale tradeshows and flagship events by coordinating with vendors, overseeing logistics, and ensuring brand uniformity.

• Work collaboratively with GTM and marketing teams to ensure event messaging and objectives align with the company's broader goals.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with event vendors and partners.

• Develop programs for channel reseller partners aimed at enhancing event performance metrics.

• Oversee regional event budgets while implementing cost-effective strategies.

• Monitor event attendance, manage list uploads, and assess event success using KPIs and metrics.

• Deliver post-event reports and insights.

• Manage SWAG inventory and distribution to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in the areas of field marketing and events.

• Previous experience in managing both small and large-scale events.

• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Creative problem-solving skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and handle high-pressure scenarios.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
