This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead high-impact, multi-region programs, encompassing flagship conferences, executive experiences, roadshows, webinars, partner-led initiatives, and targeted account-based events.
• Take ownership of the field marketing strategy at the territory level for Americas West, translating business objectives and sales priorities into a coherent program plan, milestones, and success metrics.
• Prioritize tasks and projects independently, highlight trade-offs early, and suggest changes in sequencing or resources when conflicting priorities arise.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, ABM, and Demand Generation to expand targeted programs that enhance engagement, expedite opportunity progression, and generate a qualified pipeline.
• Manage moderately complex programs from inception to completion by deconstructing ambiguous goals into actionable workstreams, clarifying requirements, identifying dependencies, and delivering solutions with minimal guidance.
• Develop narratives for programs and present plans, recommendations, and outcomes in written formats, one-on-one, and group settings.
• Oversee program budgets and vendor performance across the territory.
• Create territory-level forecasts, evaluate expected pipeline contributions, and modify investment and program mixes based on performance indicators.
• Construct dashboards and deliver regular reports that communicate performance, ROI, funnel influence, and ABM results.
• Enhance field marketing and ABM workflows, improve Sales execution across regions, and establish repeatable team practices.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with clear ownership, prompt decision-making, aligned follow-up, and efficient hand-offs.
• Mentor junior team members and program managers.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in field, regional, event, or account-based marketing.
• Proven success in owning multi-market or territory programs that have led to increased engagement, opportunity progression, and a qualified pipeline.
• Capability to translate broad directives into structured work plans and execute independently, while recognizing when to raise concerns, seek input, or suggest a shift in priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating moderately complex or ambiguous challenges with limited guidance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate unfamiliar or complex concepts clearly for various audiences.
• Commercial and analytical judgment, with experience in budget management, results forecasting, performance evaluation, and substantiating recommendations with evidence.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and a history of building trust with Sales, SDR, ABM, Demand Generation, Channel, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Experience in enhancing processes or establishing scalable, sustainable field marketing practices that support consistent team performance.
• Ability to coach or mentor colleagues through feedback, shared context, and practical support; this role does not involve formal people management.
• Willingness to travel for events, up to 30% annually.
