This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the current mortgage events schedule and create a playbook for enhancing event visibility, thought-leadership discussions, and field initiatives.
• Formulate a plan for non-real-estate events targeting key adjacent industries.
• Integrate vertical field marketing strategies into a multi-tiered approach encompassing industry, partner, customer, and executive programs.
• Assess the ideal presence for each initiative, covering attendance, executive meetings, sponsorships, booths, speaking engagements, roundtables, dinners, and roadshows.
• Manage event programs from start to finish, including setting objectives, budgets, registrations, vendor coordination, booth setup, materials preparation, attendee management, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Lender and Settlement Sales to align events with target accounts, meetings, pipelines, revenue generation, and relationship development.
• Work alongside Revenue Marketing on outreach prior to events, capturing signals during events, and conducting follow-up after events.
• Utilize HubSpot as the primary system of record, with Salesforce and Slack integrated as necessary.
• Monitor cost per attendee, meetings scheduled, follow-up actions, qualified opportunities, pipeline effects, and 30-day post-event ROI.
• Conduct research on events, organize event-related data, draft outreach and briefs, establish planning workflows, and leverage AI for system connections where applicable.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or go-to-market marketing within B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or similarly intricate industries.
• Proven history of managing events or field programs that have led to qualified meetings, pipeline growth, customer relationships, or revenue increases.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills regarding event investments, including attendee lists, audience alignment, sponsorship value, sales objectives, costs, and anticipated returns.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, customers, partners, vendors, and executives.
• Comfort in learning and utilizing marketing automation, CRM, lead capture, or event management systems.
• Direct experience with HubSpot is advantageous.
• Background in working within a lean marketing team with extensive responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel for industry events, customer programs, and executive gatherings.
• Proficiency in AI and a commitment to verifying AI-generated output before application.
