This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the regional field marketing strategy.
• Ensure regional marketing initiatives are in line with global strategies and business goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of a regional events calendar, which includes industry trade shows, academic conferences, and QM-hosted events.
• Collaborate with regional Sales and Business Development leaders to synchronize marketing efforts with pipeline goals and regional priorities.
• Customize and execute global marketing campaigns within the North American region.
• Identify opportunities for creating customer case studies, success stories, and testimonials.
• Provide insights to the global team regarding local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Act as the regional marketing subject matter expert.
• Work in partnership with the global Marketing Programs Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Over 8 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with a strong emphasis on Field Marketing.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating closely with sales teams in the North American market to enhance pipeline performance.
• Experience in marketing hardware, semiconductors, or complex deep-tech products is highly desired.
• Proven track record in planning and executing intricate event strategies, including trade shows, academic conferences, and exclusive VIP events.
• Experience in implementing global marketing campaigns at a regional scale.
• Familiarity with planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Background in marketing to academic and research institutions, national laboratories, and government agencies.
• A BSc or MSc in physics, engineering, or a related technical field is advantageous.
• Strong aptitude for understanding complex scientific and engineering concepts.
• Self-motivated learner eager to master new technologies.
• Ability to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market, customer base, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage hands-on logistics for events and campaigns.
• A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to work across Sales, Product, and Global Marketing functions.
• A data-driven approach with experience in tracking regional KPIs, including leads and event ROI.
• Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally to support events and team meetings.
