This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of Limble-hosted events from start to finish β including Maintenance Hero Roadshows, ABM dinners, and related events associated with industry tradeshows β managing everything from initial kickoff to post-event analysis.
β’ Co-manage the industry tradeshow strategy, overseeing booth logistics, exhibitor services and deadlines, shipping and drayage, staffing, lead capture, and execution on-site.
β’ Handle pre-event logistics: venue selection and contracts, catering, A/V requirements, event technology, promotional materials and shipping, staffing plans, run-of-show documents, and budget management.
β’ Enhance attendance and facilitate meetings by collaborating with Sales and SDRs on target lists, invitation campaigns, personal outreach, and pre-scheduled meetings.
β’ Oversee partner sponsorship obligations for Limble-owned events and track sponsor deliverables.
β’ Assist with partner-hosted events alongside Partner Marketing and Partnerships, orchestrating Limble's involvement, staffing, materials, and follow-up procedures.
β’ Act as the on-site lead, directing setup and teardown, briefing and guiding the field team, maintaining the run-of-show, and addressing issues as they arise.
β’ Implement post-event follow-up initiatives, manage lead capture and distribution, and coordinate outreach with Sales.
β’ Provide reports on attendance, meetings arranged, cost per meeting, and pipeline generated and influenced, along with suggestions for future events.
β’ Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
β’ Expected to travel approximately 30β40% for on-site event management.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of experience in executing B2B field marketing or event programs within a technology, SaaS, or high-growth setting.
β’ Proven success in managing events from start to finish β including logistics, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and follow-up β with quantifiable results in pipeline generation.
β’ Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing multiple events at various stages while ensuring attention to every detail.
β’ Experience working directly with Sales or SDR teams to drive event attendance and schedule meetings.
β’ Proficient in managing event budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships with financial discipline and innovative problem-solving skills.
β’ Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a talent for quickly aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel for on-site event execution.
β’ Demonstrates fluency with AI tools and processes, applying them effectively to enhance productivity while making sound judgments about their use.
β’ Available for a start date of October 1, 2026, and ready to commit through March 31, 2027.
β’ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship to be considered.
