This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute regional field events associated with ABM and enterprise pipeline generation strategies.
• Organize executive dinners, roundtables, hosted experiences, trade shows, and events enabled by partners.
• Oversee onsite logistics, vendor coordination, attendee management, and operational execution.
• Analyze, monitor, and report on event ROI, pipeline influence, sourced opportunities, and engagement metrics.
• Shape pre-event and post-event communications, executive outreach, attendee experiences, and follow-up coordination.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, Sales, Demand Generation, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership teams.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts for both large and small-scale events.
• Work with the design team on brand presence, merchandise, and promotional materials.
• Report directly to the Director of Field & Partner Marketing.
• Assist in scaling strategic field marketing execution and driving pipeline growth.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, including field marketing.
• Proven experience supporting executive events, ABM activations, conferences, and regional demand generation initiatives.
• Strong project management and operational capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in creating partner-facing collateral, internal enablement materials, presentations, and executive communications.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Familiarity with tracking performance metrics, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities and a significant degree of autonomy.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% for events, partner meetings, and strategic programs.
• Creative and innovative mindset.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setting using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Must be authorized to work from their home location.
• Nice to have: experience in a fraud prevention, identity verification, cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise SaaS company.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Asana, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot, PRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
