This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of target personas, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Enhance DeepJudge’s North American field strategy and program schedule.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on regional priorities, target accounts, opportunities, and customer relationships.
• Oversee conference strategy, activation, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop integrated programs that link field activities with content, digital engagement, customer advocacy, partner marketing, and sales outreach.
• Organize executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, workshops, and other hosted experiences.
• Establish target and account-based programs for key firms, prospects, and buying committees.
• Engage customers through speaking opportunities, peer discussions, customer-led experiences, and advocacy initiatives.
• Partner with strategic allies on collaborative events and activations.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, Integrated Growth, Content, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Manage budgets, agencies, venues, vendors, production, timelines, logistics, and onsite execution.
• Create repeatable formats and playbooks to scale field programs effectively.
• Monitor engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
• Identify new communities, formats, partnerships, and audience opportunities.
• Foster relationships with industry associations, publications, and strategic partners to enhance visibility in the legal-tech sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology setting.
• Experience in legal tech is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of owning field programs from start to finish and contributing to pipeline and business growth.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise Sales teams and supporting complex buying journeys and strategic accounts.
• Familiarity with events, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), partners, customers, content, and digital engagement.
• Strong commercial acumen and prioritization abilities.
• Creative approach to developing enterprise audience experiences and programs.
• Excellent project management skills across programs, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets.
• Ability to develop strategies, present ideas, brief teams, negotiate with vendors, and oversee onsite execution.
• Proficient in using CRM and marketing data to assess performance and guide decisions.
• Willingness to travel across North America.
• Preference for working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
