This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the development of quality pipelines and enhance brand recognition in the LATAM region through field and channel marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns.
• Design pipeline generation strategies targeting large enterprise accounts.
• Create and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies, incorporating digital marketing, corporate events, third-party sponsorships, direct mail, and teleprospecting.
• Collaborate with the sales team on pipeline coverage, acceleration, territory planning, and aligning regional sales efforts.
• Partner with business development to prioritize and progress lead targeting and follow-up.
• Train and equip the sales team regarding marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate and analyze field marketing effectiveness against established target plans.
• Oversee the regional field marketing budget and expenditures.
• Formulate co-marketing strategies with channel partners and alliances.
• Enhance reach, conversion, velocity, value, and return metrics.
• Craft and implement messaging tailored for specific accounts and clusters of accounts.
• Coordinate event logistics and onsite execution, managing schedules, venues, audiovisual needs, catering, contracts, and BEO details.
• Collaborate with campaigns to produce webinar content for larger enterprise clients.
• Manage projects from start to finish while liaising with field sales, channels, sales development, account management, business development, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the company’s mission of transforming cloud-era data security and assisting businesses in securing and utilizing their data effectively.
• At least five (5) years of experience in delivering excellence in enterprise Field Marketing and channel marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of demand generation and marketing best practices.
• Results-driven with a strong passion for performance measurement and analytics.
• Proven experience in implementing engagement programs that ensure customer success, leading to renewals and expansions.
• Demonstrated success in executing programs and events that drive demand, accelerate deals, generate returns, and provide outstanding attendee experiences.
• Experience in content creation across various messaging platforms, including email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts, and marketing materials.
• Familiarity with developing regional and channel strategies to support account-based marketing initiatives.
• Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with both sales and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Fluency in Portuguese is required; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• A Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Marketing or Business is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to articulate market-specific value propositions and adapt them to program needs.
• Strong comprehension of tailored audience messaging and content development.
• Experience in segmentation analysis, budgeting, and constructing business cases.
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles, demand generation, pipeline contribution, and deal acceleration.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing performance metrics and ROI.
• Familiarity with marketing to B2B buyers through white papers, case studies, webcasts, digital marketing, email campaigns, call downs, and direct mail.
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Splash, Salesforce, Marketo, and/or predictive analytics platforms is preferred.
• Experience in integrated marketing content creation and implementation.
• Ability to comprehend company and product pitches and execute them in the field.
• Skill in conveying information effectively to both internal and external audiences.
• Proficient in writing and delivering marketing-quality emails, presentations, and collateral.
• Outstanding event planning capabilities, including handling event contracts, BEO specifics, and creating unique attendee experiences.
• Expertise in recruitment planning for events and ensuring execution excellence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adhere to tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and influence regional marketing objectives.
• Proficient in evaluating and navigating complex issues.
