Field Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Lead field, technical, and customer engagement initiatives from a business-unit perspective.

• Conduct discussions with field Technical Directors.

• Propel the penetration and adoption of unique and intricate product strategies in collaboration with BU, RPM, and Field.

• Identify obstacles to customer adoption and develop strategies to address them.

• Monitor global technical and market trends while gathering competitive intelligence.

• Align and track business focus on Total Addressable Market (TAM), market share, and margins between BU and Field.

• Guide project teams to reach milestones and objectives.

• Analyze trends, opportunities, and threats to inform roadmaps and strategies.

• Improve technical communication and information flow between Field and Product Teams.

• Relay customer information concerning applications, value validation, and adoption challenges.

• Organize Technical Review (TRM) workshops in collaboration with BU.

• Acknowledged as a technical authority in the relevant field.

• Extensive and/or comprehensive expertise in one’s own discipline.

• Broad understanding of other disciplines within the function.

• Profound knowledge of global technical and market dynamics.

• Proficient in systematically gathering competitive intelligence.

• Capable of driving product strategy penetration and adoption with BU, RPM, and Field.

• Skilled in identifying customer adoption challenges and crafting solutions to overcome them.

• Competent in aligning and tracking TAM, market share, and margins between BU and Field.

• Experienced in leading projects with significant risk and complexity.

• Able to resolve unique and complex issues with extensive business ramifications.

• Possesses conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills.

• Adept at communicating intricate ideas, anticipating objections, and persuading senior stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
