This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark, +1 more country.
• Oversee the In-Field Team across Sweden and Denmark, enhancing both short- and long-term performance while prioritizing patient-centric initiatives.
• Ensure patient access aligns with the plan and relevant Brand KPIs to achieve or surpass Account Plan goals within budgetary limits.
• Lead the commercial training for healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal brand utilization and achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Direct and support Clinical Specialists in recognizing customers who would benefit from technical product assistance.
• Maximize resource efficiency by leading, developing, and coaching the performance of the Commercial In-Field Team.
• Establish sales targets and incentive programs.
• Manage Sales Force Management Systems and KPIs to consistently enhance sales performance at the country and district levels.
• Provide regular updates on the Commercial Sales Team's expertise in medical, technical, and specialized in-field knowledge areas.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and ensure effective multidisciplinary In-Field Teams, including Key Account Management.
• Guarantee strategic and tactical alignment between the In-Field Team and Brand Team initiatives.
• Facilitate prompt and qualitative market intelligence exchange between the In-Field Team and Brand Team.
• Track and consolidate regional engagement and Account Plan results to optimize customer interactions and support brand planning.
• Identify, assess, and present new business or growth opportunities and enhancement ideas to the Brand Team.
• Serve as the liaison between the Brand Team and In-Field Team.
• Cultivate trusted stakeholder relationships and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Influence key stakeholders, including high-prescribing physicians and wholesalers, to enhance brand performance.
• Report directly to the Business Unit Manager, Migraine.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Relevant business experience with a demonstrable record of success in biotech/pharma sales or sales management within at least one therapeutic area.
• Proven history of effective leadership, management, and coaching across functional teams or individuals.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with External Experts and other significant stakeholders.
• Capacity to think and plan strategically, including the development of work plans, activities, timetables, and targeting, while ensuring excellent execution.
• Strong knowledge of selling techniques, account planning, and customer engagement models.
• Competence to operate, lead, and facilitate effectively within a matrix organization/environment.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the territory and existing relationships with key stakeholders.
• Preferred: Recognized as a talent developer within the local biotech/pharma landscape.
• Preferred: Experience in marketing and other commercial roles within the biotech/pharma industry.
